The Pied Stilt is a small wading bird commonly found in coastal estuaries and wetlands throughout NZ.
Often seen alongside Oyster Catchers, Kaki and Godwits, they can become large, noisy flocks with their yapping call. Naturalised in NZ, they‛re also found int he tropical climates of Australia, Indonesia and Asia.
Featured in striking black white, against a soft grey blue background, with highlights of white and taupe.
